Cashback Limited was established in 1992 by Phil Boots and Margaret Vining in order to provide a cost-effective service for the collection of debts in Jersey.
Margaret took over the role of Managing Director following Phil’s retirement after 40+ years in the legal field.
Director and Co-Founder
Margaret heads up the administrative side of the company and has experience within a number of departments within the Government of Jersey and English and Jersey law firms.
She prepares and presents cases in Court and is always happy to advise clients on recovery matters and debt prevention.
Financial Director
Jo joined us in 1998 having previously worked in the Accounts Department for the Cape Town City Council.
She maintains the smooth running of our accounting and computer systems.
